May 2007 - When I'm wearing that vest, I get tremendous respect. I can hear people coming fast, then when they are within reading distance of the vest, they slow down and they pass slow and wide. Drivers want to do the right thing - no-one wants a horse coming through the windshield. After 35 years of riding, I don't want to do stupid stuff anymore, and I feel much safer in the vest. I laugh when I sometimes hear drivers slam on the brakes when they catch sight of the official-looking vest. I really believe in these vests. They have really changed how motorists react to me. February 2006 - Just wanted to tell you that the new vest I purchased that says "Pass Slow & Wide" works very well. I have used a regular safety vest in the past which has made absolutely no difference so I'm quite happy with your vest. I'm still considering purchasing your new vest "WARNING - Horses Jump Sideways!" because I think it would be even more helpful for drivers that have no idea what horses can do! CW Aldergrove BC

June 2005 - I love my yellow vest. I have been told they can see me for 1/2 mile. I have to go on the road to get to Campbell Valley Park. The other day a noisy rattly old truck came speeding around the blind corner and frightened my horse when he suddenly saw the vest and braked heavily.  My horse bolted but at least we did not get hit.
